Join Our Team: Home Warranty Claims Adjudicator & Customer Service Representative
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30152 (This is NOT a remote position)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 12 PM – 8 PM (Off Wed & Sun) | Sat 10 AM – 6 PM (Remote on Saturdays for new hires)
Pay: Up to $25/hour (Negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone & email.
- Resolve claims and document all actions in our system.
- Escalate issues when necessary, following company guidelines.
- Research and troubleshoot customer questions.
- Maintain and grow customer accounts through outstanding service.
- Meet performance goals while keeping accounts accurate.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (any industry).
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and computer skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
Schedule & Location:
- Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Off Days: Wednesday & Sunday
- Saturdays: 10 AM – 6 PM (Remote for new hires)
Important: This is primarily an on-site role—plan to work from our Kennesaw office during regular hours.
