Position Summary:
AFC Home Warranty is hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our industry-leading home warranty plans to existing homeowners and real estate professionals. This is an inside sales position.
You’ll benefit from a steady flow of qualified leads, no cold calling required, plus the backing of a trusted national brand and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert qualified leads provided by AFC into customers via phone and email.
- Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value of AFC’s home warranty plans.
- Build relationships with real estate professionals to foster ongoing referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer data in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (inbound, inside sales, or account management) is preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate accordingly.
- Base knowledge of home warranty, real estate, insurance, or home services preferred.
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- CRM proficiency and Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Must be able to work on-site during the initial training period; remote work optional afterward based on performance.
- High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a structured onboarding period followed by a high-earning, performance-driven compensation model designed to reward top producers.
- Training Period: New hires receive paid training at $30/hour for the first 60 days, providing the time and support needed to learn our products, systems, and sales process.
- Ongoing Compensation: After the training period, compensation transitions to a highly competitive, commission-only structure, with tiered earnings ranging from 6% to 8% of total sales volume.
